Before and After Photos

You've heard it said that a picture is worth a thousand words. Well, that is really true when it comes to a before picture!

I am 5 foot 2 and have lost almost 40% of my body weight. I've lost over 70 pounds have have gone down 8 sizes in clothes and the change in me is quite significant. So many times people are given hope simply by seeing some before and after pictures of me. I'm glad to give people hope in that way.
